Drawing inspiration from diverse culinary traditions including my Persian and middle eastern heritage as well as influences from time spent in Korea, China and south-east Asia, my approach to cooking is deeply influenced by the migration of flavours and the stories they hold. As a holistic practitioner I also look across cultures to inform my knowledge of the medicinal and healing properties of food. I hope to share these with you through my recipes, posts, seminars and workshops. .
